Brake Cleaner - heavy duty cleaner & degreaser for moulds. cleans & degrease metals, glass ceramics

Carburettor Cleaner - this powerful spray physically & chemically removes gums, varnish & preservatives, carbon deposits from moulds.

Protector Remover - specially formulated spray that removes preservatives, dust, greases from the surface of a mould.

Flaw & crack detection

Flaw-Crack Detector System - for a convenient non-destructive testing (NDT) of cracks & other surface flaws in metals. All three pack system meets DTD 929/MIL-1-25I35E Group I & II.

Mechanic Blue - blue coloured locator of high spots or contact areas on bearings & shaft gears, valve seats & other critical areas during manufacture.

High temperature greases

Anti-Scuff 868 & Anti-Scuff Spray - assembly compound in aerosol form with high Molybdenum Disulphide (MoS2) content used for engine or parts assembly to ensure bedding without scuffing, pick-up or scoring. Anti-Scuff 868 PASTE complies with MIL-M-7866 and Anti-Scuff 845 PASTE complies with DTD 5617, NATO Code S722 & Joint Services Designation ZX-38. Operating temperature -45°C to +250

Copper Compound - anti-seize compound for the assembly of all threaded connections subject to high temperatures such as mould head, cylinder head & exhaust manifold studs, spark plugs or for use in corrosive environment. Exceeds requirements of US MIL-A-907E. Operating temperature 1100°C

FMG-X - food machinery grease that is water resistant, for high temperature, loads & speed. Manufactured from materials as approved under US FDA Regulations 21CFR 178.3570. Operating temperature -18 to 204°C

White Hibh Temp. Grease 777 - a long term grease in key applications & also as an assembly & anti-seize compound where cleanliness is of prime importance. Operating temp. -15 to 200°C.

Mould preservation

Mould Protector (Standard) & Mould Protector (Blue) - a light or blue coloured, waxy, corrosion protector for moulds, dies and machine tools. The protective film does not need to be removed before reuse.

Spark - multi-purpose light coloured, non-toxic, non-conductive low viscosity product for use as a water displacing, penetrating, cleaning & corrosion preventive fluid. Spark meets MIL-C-16173D.

Mould release

Silicone (Spray/Fluid/Paste) - a powerful release agent in moulding of plastics or synthetic rubber whether by compression or injection. Not only does it ensure positive release from moulds, it also imparts a better finish to products.

Mould Release (Non-Silicone) - a powerful release agent in moulding of plastics or synthetic rubber whether by compression or injection where parts need to be printed after manufacture and silicone mould release agents are therefore not suitable. Suitable for the manufacture of polycarbonate injection mouldings such as telephones, where de-stressing is vital.

Mould Release CNB - non-silicone mould release agent for food packaging materials or toys, moulded parts can be painted over.

CDF - for the moulding of polycarbonates e.g. telephone casings. Forms a dry, non-toxic and non-staining film.

Penetrating oil

Penetrating & Releasing Fluid & Spray - quickly penetrates & frees seized & corroded nuts, bolts, rusty locks, door hinges & handles, sticky carburettors, throttle linkages & fittings. Will loosen rust, tar, grease, dirt, carbon deposits, corrosion etc.
