Copper Compound - anti-seize compound for the assembly of all threaded connections subject to high temperatures such as mould head, cylinder head & exhaust manifold studs, spark plugs or for use in corrosive environment. Exceeds requirements of US MIL-A-907E. Operating temperature 1100°C.

Pin & Bush Grease - for extreme pressure, contains solid lubricants & resists displacement under high pressure. Contains MoS₂ & other solid lubricants which can withstand pressures of 2 750 000 kPa.

SM20 - for sliding surfaces & anti-friction bearings, especially under heavy or shock loads.

1225 Synthetic Grease - high quality synthetic oil-based grease containing special extreme pressure additives, rust & oxidation inhibitors as well as molybdenum disulphide.

1279 - water resistant tacky lubricant with extreme pressure, low friction & anti-corrosion properties for heavy duty open gears of ball & rod mill drives in the mining industries.

1620 - adhesive, bituminous plus non-flammable solvent, it is applied to large open gears, wire ropes & chains in the mining & marine industries.

FMG-X - premium quality food machinery grease, suitable for high temperatures, loads & speeds, manufactured from materials approved under US Food & Drug Administration Regulations FDA 21CFR 178.3570.

CV Joint - high quality lithium complex grease for lubrication of constant velocity joints of all front wheel drive vehicles and for slow and fast moving driving plain bearings under light & heavy loads.

HTS Silicone Grease - for operations at low & high temperatures, water resistant, chemically inert, excellent insulating properties & long life span under conditions where conventional grease cannot be used. Meets FDA/USDA food grade requirements. Meets British Mil. Spec. XG-250. Temp. range -40 to 200°C.

Synthetic Grease 1225 - high quality synthetic oil-based grease containing special extreme pressure additives, rust & oxidation inhibitors as well as molybdenum disulphide. Does not leave the usual carbonaceous residue when used at high temperatures. Operating temperatures : continuous -20 to 250°C, short period peaks 400°C.

FMG-X/UG2 - manufactured from materials as approved under US Food & Drug Administration Regulations 21CFR 178.3570, conforms to MIL Spec. DOD-G-24650, designed for use in the food processing industry where incidental food contact may occur. It is odourless, tasteless, water resistant, for high temperature, loads & speed. Operating temp. -18 to 204°C.

Pin & Bush Grease - for extreme pressure, contains solid lubricants & resists displacement under high pressure. Contains MoS2 & other solid lubricants which can withstand pressures of 2 750 000 kPa. Operating temp. 150°C.

Chain Lubricant - DHT - synthetic chain lubricant, containing MoS2 as a solid lubricant, suitable for applications up to 500°C. Will dissolve degraded residues left by mineral oil.

Chain Lubricant - 726A - synthetic, clear chain lubricant suitable for 250°C applications with short duration at 500°C.

Low temperature

HTS Silicone Grease - for operations at low & high temperatures, water resistant, chemically inert, excellent insulating properties & long life span under conditions where conventional grease cannot be used. CDF - a clear drying film in aerosol provides dry lubrication in dusty conditions & is ideal for the food, paper, plastics, textile & wood industries, totally resistant to water, most chemicals & solvents. Operating temp. -215 to 270°C.

Silicone Paste - lubricates parts & bearings e.g. plastic gears & mechanisms under low speeds & light loads. does not affect plastics & rubber. Meets FDA/USDA food grade requirements and British Mil. Spec. XG-250.

Synthetic Grease SM-20 - was developed for very low temperatures e.g. cold storage areas. Also recommended for sliding surfaces & anti-friction bearings, especially when under heavy or shock loads. Operating temp. -75 to 200/450°C.

Longlife 2X - a top-of-the-line special multi-purpose grease giving long life at high & low temperatures for wheel bearings, steering pivots, universal joints, axle fittings, ball joints, tie rods, king pins etc. Operating temp. -40° to + 160/240°C.

Liquid Grease - high-quality, semi-fluid, adherent grease for lubricating chains, linkages, pulley blocks, motorcycle chains, wire ropes etc. Operation temp. -30 to 110°C.

Anti-Scuff Paste 868 - used for engine or parts assembly to ensure bedding without scuffing, pick-up or scoring. The load-carrying capacity of MoS2 is in excess of 2 750 MPa (400 000 psi), complies with MIL-M-7866. Operating temperature -45 to +250°C.

LGR-S - heavy-duty, ready-to-use blended oil containing MoS₂ & extreme pressure additives for industrial gearboxes exposed to severe operating conditions.

WR Bearing Grease - high quality, extreme pressure, lithium-based grease with extreme adhesion properties. It will not be washed away by high pressure hot water or be removed by steam, provided the temperature is lower than the drop point of the grease which is 192°C./P>

777 White High Temperature - a long term grease in key applications & also as an assembly & anti-seize compound where cleanliness is of prime importance. Operating temp. -15 to 200°C.

DHT - synthetic chain lubricant, containing MoS2 as a solid lubricant, suitable for applications up to 500°C. Will dissolve degraded residues left by mineral oil.

726A - synthetic, clear chain lubricant suitable for 250°C applications with short duration at 500°C

Chain & Linkage - high quality semi-fluid, adherent all purpose lubricant containing MoS₂ . For penetrating and lubricating chains, linkages and cables.

718 Chain Oil - can be used for lubricating conveyor chains, in heavy duty applications where there may be heavy wear, used on Baker Perkins Dough Provers which are heavy plate conveyors.

Spark - non-toxic, non-conductive product for use as a water displacing, penetrating, lubricating, cleaning & corrosion preventive fluid.

´´T´´ Cutting Compounds & Fluids - is an extreme pressure metal working fluid, used undiluted in a variety of machining operations on any metal and most plastics.

Dry lubricants

ADF (spray/liquid) - air drying film that provides lubrication when oil cannot be used.

CDF - provides dry lubrication in dusty conditions & is ideal for the food, paper, plastics, textile & wood industries.

M-3 & M-4 Powder - lubrication of mechanism and precision instruments, in case where the use of conventional lubricants is undesirable due to the agglomeration of dust and abrasive mater which may impede proper operation. As additive in the manufacture of self-lubricating long-life parts manufactured from plastic materials such as nylons, teflon, rubber, plastics, packing etc.

Food machinery grease
